We will gladly refund, exchange or issue a credit note on unworn items returned in original condition with tags and receipt within 14 days of purchase.
You can drop off your item(s) during opening hours or return in the post.

As we are a small independent company, Pookie does not cover the cost of returning the item(s).
Take a photo or make a copy of your receipt for your records before enclosing the receipt in your package.
All goods will be inspected on return and we recommend you obtain a proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our store. So make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. We try hard to accept all returns and they don’t need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they are unworn, in original condition with tags and are securely packed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Christmas Returns Policy
Applies to Christmas present purchases made between 28th October and 24th December. We will gladly exchange or issue a credit note on full price items returned unworn and in original condition with tags and gift receipt. Items are to be returned before 14th January 2020. Please ask for a gift receipt when purchasing. Christmas returns policy excludes sale items. We do not offer refunds on Christmas gift items.
